What Does Gutter Cleaning Cost in Coastal Georgia, and What's Included?

Every run of gutter gets cleared. Downspouts get flushed and checked for flow. While we're up there we look at the hangers, the seams and the slope, and if something's loose or sagging we'll show you.

If a downspout drains into a buried pipe and the clog is down there, we flush it and show you where it backs up. We won't guess at it.

Pine straw, live oak leaves, acorns, Spanish moss and roof grit all end up in gutters here. A house under heavy tree cover fills faster and takes longer to clear. Gutters nobody has touched in a couple of years can be packed solid, with plants growing out of them.

That's also the cheapest way to keep the price down: don't let them get there. Standing water in a clogged gutter is a mosquito nursery (the EPA's mosquito control pages explain why standing water matters), and a wet fascia board in this humidity rots faster than you'd think.

The black streaks on the outside face of a gutter don't come off with a gutter clean. That's a brightening job we do during a house wash. If the roof itself is streaked or mossy, that's a separate roof clean. We price each one so you can pick.
